Feeling nervous about your next job interview?
You've practiced for hours and still don't feel ready.
Interview coaching could be the missing link.

Does any of this sound familiar?
• You work hard to prepare, but in interviews you second-guess yourself
• You freeze when you're asked something unexpected
• You feel lots of pressure to come up with the "correct" answer
• You know you're qualified, but on some level you feel like you're not
I bet you can feel a LOT better about interviewing
Hi! My name is Diana Ecker. I help thoughtful professionals like you prepare for high-stakes interviews, not by memorizing perfect answers, but by helping you think and respond more authentically in the moment.I've worked as a career coach for high-achieving PhD candidates, grad students, and undergrads at Stanford and Syracuse University, and taught in-house communication courses to technical and non-technical employees at a hypergrowth tech company.I have a B.A. in English from Yale and hold certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management, Myers-Briggs, and Core Strengths. The people I work with tend to be smart, self-aware, and often pretty hard on themselves.I bring a calm, practical approach that helps people move out of panic-prep mode and into something steadier, more grounded, and more effective.Have a question about working together? Feel free to DM me on LinkedIn!
Here's what working together looks like
Duration and price: Each interview coaching session is 50 minutes, takes place on Zoom, and costs $150, paid when you book.Preparation: You can send your résumé, a job posting, and some background info in advance so we can hit the ground running. All are optional.Commitment: Book one session at a time. This way, if you accept a fantastic new job offer, you don't have a bunch of sessions you don't need.Recording: Sessions are NOT video recorded. You can opt in to receiving AI-generated notes from the session if you want.To get started: Book a 15-minute get-to-know-you call at no charge to see what talking to me is like. Not a fit? No problem.
Be able to trust yourself
A lot of people overprepare, hoping to eliminate the risk of messing up. But interview confidence comes from a combination of feeling prepared AND knowing you can handle whatever comes your way.Build more trust in your own thinking
Get comfortable responding, not reacting
Work with your nerves rather than against them

Availability is limited
To ensure that each session gets the care it deserves, I work with a limited number of clients at any given time. So if you have an interview coming up soon, please reach out ASAP to secure a spot on the calendar.
What if you could do this in your next interview?
• Stay clear-headed when unexpected questions get asked
• Answer questions in a way that sounds like you, not some script
• Hear a question, think it through, and respond with calm clarity
• Come away from an interview actually feeling good about how it went

But my style is not for you if...
You're on the hunt for a script of "perfect" answers to memorize
You want a "shark" who specializes in aggressive tactics
You're looking for someone with a technical background
You're looking for help with clinical anxiety (in that case, a therapist would be more helpful)
Schedule a no-obligation intro call
Book your complimentary 15-minute intro call
This is a no-obligation opportunity to determine if you feel comfortable talking with me. We can talk about what brought you here, how your interviews are going, and the kinds of challenges you're encountering.
(And if the thought of talking about yourself to yet another stranger doesn't sound too enjoyable, just let me know. I'm happy to do the talking at first!)
P.S. A note about working together
When you schedule time on my calendar, the only person you'll be talking with is me. Zero chance of getting handed off to a less experienced team member. No intake coordinators or virtual assistants. Just straightforward 1:1 interview coaching for people who are ready to show up differently in their next interview.
